He is the founder and medical director of Integrative Rehab Medicine in Estero, FL. He specializes in non-surgical treatments of the spine, joints and nerves utilizing advanced treatments such as Discseel, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cells, Ozone and Prolotherapy. Dr. Sebastian combines Regenerative Medicine with Rehabilitation and Integrative Medicine to create comprehensive personalized treatments.

Eunika’s ability to connect with patients and see them as a whole person allows her to provide compassionate treatments tailored to each individual.
Dr. Brian Shiple, D.O. - Joining IRM in 2025!
Board Certified in Sports Medicine
Dr. Brian Shiple is a nationally recognized expert in Regenerative Orthopedics, Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine as well as diagnostic ultrasound. As the inventor of the SpineRenu procedure and a licensed Discseel provider, Dr. Shiple brings his expertise to SWFL to treat painful herniated and degenerated disc without surgery and minimal downtime. He is the author of Regenerative Healing for Life, a guide to treating injuries and pain without surgery. Named one of Philadelphia Magazine’s “Top Docs,” Dr. Shiple is deeply involved in clinical research and is active in national sports medicine and orthopedic organizations.
Floyd Meyer, PA-C, MMS, MPH

Floyd has been a vital part of the team at Integrative Rehab Medicine, working alongside Dr. Sebastian for nearly five years. During this time, he has gained extensive training and experience in advanced, non-surgical regenerative medicine treatments, including Discseel®, Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cell Therapy, Ozone Therapy, and Prolotherapy. Floyd is deeply committed to helping patients navigate their healing journeys with care and expertise, ensuring a seamless and effective experience allowing them to return to the activities they love most.
Kristine Jukes, PT
Board Certified Licensed Physical Therapist
Kristine received her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. With 30+ years-experience, she has focused her career on helping individuals of all ages with various injuries and disabilities (orthopedics, neurological and developmental). As a vital player in the Regenerative Medicine Team at IRM, she has assisted in developing treatment protocols that support healing and function after regenerative treatments. Kristine has a special interest in helping individuals with hypermobility disorders as well as helping patients maximize independence. Her goal is to help empower her patients to live their best life and to be active participants in their healing process..
Suzanne Jablonski, BS
Practice Administrator
Suzanne graduated with a bachelors in Business and Administration from the University of Phoenix. She comes with over 20 years of experience as a Practice Administrator in multi-specialty practices. Suzanne has a passion for holistic and Regenerative Medicine. At IRM, she oversees the daily operations and works closely with the team to make sure all patients have an exceptional experience. She strives to create an environment at IRM that is welcoming and professional. Her hobbies include attending music venues of all genres, gardening, and spending time with her dogs and loved ones.
Amanda Nagle
Clinic Supervisor & Patient Liaison
Amanda wears multiple hats at Integrative Rehab Medicine as she brings many years of experience in coordinating medical teams and patient care. As a patient liaison, she plays a vital role in communication with prospective patients, guiding them through their healing journey, and facilitating the scheduling of procedures and treatments. She also supervises and trains the clinical team, develops policies and procedures and upholds the highest standards of care across all aspects of the medical practice, ensuring patient safety through rigorous quality control measures.
Leivy Sanabria
Medical Assistant
Leivy has 15 years of experience as an ICU nurse in Colombia. She is well versed in handling urgent and complex medical situations and knows how to remain calm and steady under pressure. She brings a wealth of experience in administering IVs, collecting and processing blood products and operating the X-ray fluoroscopy. She enjoys assisting during complex regenerative medical procedures and providing excellent patient care.

Michelle has over 12 years of experience in the medical field. Her compassion for patients, energy and love for regenerative medicine allows her to bring top tier level of care. She enjoys establishing a connection with our patients from all over the world, learning their stories and aiding in navigating their healing journey. Michelle possesses many skills and talents. She is proficient and efficient in operating the X-ray fluoroscopy, assisting during complex Discseel and PRP procedures, and creating PRP and stem cell solutions in the laboratory. She is proud of being a part of the IRM family.
Angelina Cintron, BS

Angelina is a lifelong Southwest Florida native who loves to help people heal and serve her community. She has studied Nutritional Sciences at the University of Florida, and has worked as a NASM certified personal trainer, a CNA, and a volunteer. She hopes to attend Physician Assistant school in the near future, but currently she is passionate about working at IRM. She loves assisting with cutting edge regenerative procedures and seeing patients truly heal. She enjoys gaining a wealth of knowledge from Dr. Sebastian, Dr. Eunika, and Floyd.
