Dr. Sebastian is a leading Regenerative Medicine Specialist in Southwest Florida (serving Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples). He specializes in non-surgical treatments of the spine, joints and nerves utilizing advanced regenerative treatments such as Discseel ®, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Stem Cells, Nerve Hydrodissecion and Prolotherapy. Dr. Sebastian combines Regenerative Medicine treatments with Physical Rehabilitation and Integrative Medicine to help his patients resolve pain, improve function and regain quality of life.
Dr. Sebastian completed his osteopathic medicine studies at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine (CCOM) followed by a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. After residency, Dr. Sebastian worked as an Assistant Professor for Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. In 2014, he moved his family to Southwest Florida to practice at Lee Health Spine Center. In August 2019, Dr. Sebastian opened his private practice Integrative Rehab Medicine in Estero FL. He is a respected figure in the medical community and collaborates with many local surgeons, therapists and other healthcare providers.
Dr. Sebastian lectures regularly at local, statewide and national conferences teaching the public and the medical community on the latest in Regenerative Medicine.
Dr. Sebastian is a well-respected instructor at national and international Regenerative Medicine workshops.
