Nerve Hydrodissection, Neuro-Prolotherapy, PRP, and Stem Cell Injections for Neuropathy Pain
Restore the Health of your Nerves
Regenerative Nerve Treatment is a non-surgical injection-based treatment that uses the body’s own healing cells to resolve pain and improve health and function of the affected nerves.
What is injected?
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) – a solution of concentrated platelets made from the patient’s own blood.
- Stem Cells – a solution of concentrated healing cells found in the patient’s own bone marrow or fat tissue.
- Neuro-Prolotherapy – a natural 5% dextrose solution that turns off pain and stimulates healing.
How Does It Work?
PRP, Stem Cells, or Neuro-prolotherapy are precisely injected around the affected nerves using ultrasound guidance through a technique called Nerve Hydrodissection. This frees up inflamed and injured nerves to restore their function. Tissues such as fascia, scars, muscles and tendons can congest the nerves on their path in the extremities. Freeing up the nerves with hydrodissection allows the nerves to regain normal function and heal. The injected cells also release bioactive proteins that initiate healing and tissue regeneration. Pain and inflammation gradually resolve and the health and function of the nerve and affected muscle improves.

Are You Ready To Resolve Your Nerve Pain?
Regenerative Medicine Is The Leading Non-Surgical Treatment For Nerve Pain and Injuries
Research has shown that Nerve Hydrodissection with Neuro-prolotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Bone Marrow Stem Cells are safe and effective treatments for many types of Nerve pain and injuries.
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections are a safe and effective treatment for diabetic neuropathy. Treatment resulted in significantly lower pain and numbness scores and improved functional scores compared to controls. (Hassanien, Manal, et al. Pain Medicine 2020) https://integrativerehabmedicine.com/platelet-rich-plasma-prp-a-breakthrough-treatment-for-diabetic-neuropathy/
- Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is a safe modality that effectively relieves pain and improves disability in patients with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome compared to the those of control group 6 months post-treatment. Wu YT, Ho TY, Chou YC, Ke MJ, Li TY, Huang GS, Chen LC. Six-month efficacy of platelet-rich plasma for carpal tunnel syndrome: A prospective randomized, single-blind controlled trial. Sci Rep. 2017 Dec;7(1):94. doi: 10.1038/s41598-017-00224-6. Epub 2017 Mar 7. PMID: 28273894; PMCID: PMC5427966.
- Platelet-rich plasma promotes peripheral nerve regeneration after sciatic nerve injury. Both the quality and quantity of regenerated nerve fibers were superior in the medium and high-concentration PRP groups compared to those in the low-concentration PRP groups.
