I had suffered from degenerating discs, bulging discs and arthritis in my lower back for 25 years. I initially went to Integrative Rehab Medicine as they offered DiscSeel, which I heard was a great option for me. Although I was a candidate for this, I opted for PRP and prolotherapy. My recovery was a bit longer than o hoped at 8-12 weeks but I am finally pain free and only get discomfort for a day or so with movements that may have had me down for 2 months.
