Im very fortunate to met the Doctor Sebastian when he came to Margaritaville Cancun riviera Maya. He treated my knee after two surgeries in my right knee without result. I had a 3 year old major herniation in my L4-L5 and medium herniation in my L5-S1 discs. I tried everything - physio, chiro, decompression, but it seemed like everyone just wanted me to keep coming back and I constantly kept getting reinjured and honestly a bit fatigued. I was finally contemplating surgery because I was not able to carry out daily life. I finally found Dr. Sebastian on youtube and reached out. He was great in the initial virtual consult. Then I flew in from Canada and went for an ozone injection in both discs. That helped. A few months later I went in for discseel with exosomes, and I feel like a new person. Each time they also included the PRP along the facet joints which I am sure will have their own benefits. I stayed on top of my rehab and workouts, especially walking everyday. I am still not back to 100% but being back to 80% is still amazing considering I was having a hard time even walking, sitting, standing, or picking up my kids. Now I am back at the gym and slowly rebuilding my pre-injury strength. There are small flare ups but they go away in a day or two, and I am learning to avoid certain workouts and movements. I fractured a vertebrae in my neck while in the Army back in 1990 and after working as an Ironworker by trade, my neck and back were both shot.
